Alors j&#8217;ai pens\u00e9 tout simplement au d\u00e9roulement de votre journ\u00e9e et je vus donne 3 conseils pour rester zen<\/p>\n<h2>1. Se lever en \u00e9tant cool d\u00e8s le matin.<\/h2>\n<p>Vous allez me dire: facile! Pendant les vacances, ou le week-end, pas de r\u00e9veil, pas de contraintes, c&#8217;est \u00e9vident! Mais qu&#8217;en est-il au quotidien, lorsque la sonnerie vous extirpe de vos r\u00eaves et que vous ouvrez l&#8217;oeil \u00e0 moiti\u00e9? Vous vous levez fatigu\u00e9, sans envie d&#8217;aller au travail, et la vie courante vous rattrape: s&#8217;occuper des enfants, pr\u00e9parer le petit d\u00e9jeuner, partir en vitesse, souvent \u00e0 la bourre. Voil\u00e0 une belle fa\u00e7on de se mettre la pression d\u00e8s le saut du lit.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment rester cool chaque jour?<\/h3>\n<p>Sans avoir besoin de vous lever plus t\u00f4t, accordez-vous <strong>un moment pour votre bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>, ne serait-ce qu&#8217;une ou deux minutes. Par exemple, lorsque vous prenez votre douche, pensez tout simplement \u00e0 ressentir les bienfaits et l&#8217;\u00e9tat de d\u00e9tente procur\u00e9s par l&#8217;eau qui coule sur votre peau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se concentrer sur les sensations permet de d\u00e9connecter le cerveau<\/strong> de son mode de pens\u00e9e. Je suis s\u00fbre que la plupart du temps, vous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 tout ce qui se passera dans votre journ\u00e9e. Et bien l\u00e0, dites stop \u00e0 toutes ces pens\u00e9es parasites, et concentrez votre attention sur la temp\u00e9rature de l&#8217;eau, la force du jet: votre <strong>douche<\/strong> ne durera pas plus longtemps, elle sera <strong>relaxante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Et en sortant, vous pouvez pratiquer <strong><a title=\"Relancez votre \u00e9nergie en moins d\u2019une minute.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coachrelax.fr\/blog\/auto-massage-rapide\/\">l&#8217;automassage rapide <\/a><\/strong>en vous essuyant. Un\u00a0r\u00e9veil zen et\u00a0tonique et hop! Vous voil\u00e0 pr\u00eat \u00e0 passer une bonne journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Pratiquer la marche consciente.<\/h2>\n<p>A la pause de midi, il est probable que vous ayez un d\u00e9placement \u00e0 faire: quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres \u00e0 pied dans un couloir, dans la rue, l&#8217;id\u00e9al \u00e9tant de faire l&#8217;exercice que je vais vous d\u00e9crire pendant environ 5 minutes.<br \/>\nL\u00e0 aussi, il s&#8217;agit de <strong>se connecter \u00e0 l&#8217;instant pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, toujours en utilisant le principe de la <strong>m\u00e9thode Vittoz<\/strong>, pour <strong>entrer dans les sensations corporelles<\/strong>. Le but est de <strong>sentir<\/strong> progressivement <strong>tout ce qui se passe<\/strong> dans vos muscles et vos articulations <strong>lorsque vous faites un pas<\/strong>. Compliqu\u00e9? Non, essayez, vous allez vite comprendre.<br \/>\nPour commencer, placez-vous en position stable sur vos 2 pieds, et prenez conscience des points d&#8217;appui au niveau du sol. Puis basculez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en avant, en arri\u00e8re, en vous concentrant sur la diff\u00e9rence de sensations, et la <strong>force des appuis<\/strong>. Pour mieux vous int\u00e9rioriser, vous pouvez fermer les yeux.<br \/>\nLorsque vous voulez faire un pas, que se passe t-il? Je <strong>d\u00e9compose le mouvement<\/strong>:<br \/>\n&#8211; vous transf\u00e9rez l&#8217;appui sur une jambe, par exemple la gauche, puis soulevez la jambe droite en pliant le genou,<br \/>\n&#8211; vous contractez le muscle de la cuisse pour avancer le pied droit,<br \/>\n&#8211; vous posez d&#8217;abord le talon droit pendant que le talon gauche se d\u00e9colle,<br \/>\n&#8211; vous transf\u00e9rez le poids du corps sur la plante du pied droit.<\/p>\n<p>Ouf, vous avez fait un pas! Amusez vous \u00e0 <strong>marcher au ralenti<\/strong>, comme un robot, afin de percevoir un maximum le transfert des appuis, les muscles de la jambe qui se contractent puis qui se d\u00e9tendent, les articulations des orteils, de la cheville, du genou. Vous allez \u00eatre surpris de toutes ces sensations inhabituelles.<br \/>\nPuis progressivement, tout en restant concentr\u00e9 sur ces sensations, reprenez une marche normale. Vous allez alors sentir le mouvement au niveau du bassin, puis le balancement des bras.<br \/>\nPlus vous pratiquerez, plus vous aurez de la finesse dans vos ressentis, plus vous allez rester zen longtemps.<br \/>\nEt <strong>pendant ce temps l\u00e0, la cervelle est totalement d\u00e9branch\u00e9e<\/strong>. Waouh, \u00e7a fait du bien!<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avantage de cet exercice est qu&#8217;il s&#8217;apprend en tr\u00e8s peu de temps, maximum 15 minutes. Et apr\u00e8s, vous pouvez l&#8217;utiliser partout, c&#8217;est une tr\u00e8s bonne habitude \u00e0 prendre: vous marchez bien au moins 5 minutes par jour?<\/p>\n<h2>3. Un bilan positif de votre journ\u00e9e.<\/h2>\n<p>Je constate que tr\u00e8s souvent, les personnes parlent entre elles de ce qui ne va pas, ou de ce qui n&#8217;est pas fait. La sinistrose ambiante!<\/p>\n<h3>Comment orienter votre esprit vers une \u00e9nergie plus positive, qui vous fait du bien?<\/h3>\n<p>Prenez un papier et un crayon et notez dans une colonne tout ce que vous avez r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans la journ\u00e9e.<br \/>\n&#8211; pour chaque activit\u00e9, \u00e9valuez le niveau de r\u00e9ussite: 0 = rat\u00e9, 7 = tr\u00e8s bien<br \/>\n&#8211; pensez \u00e0 noter tout ce qui pourrait para\u00eetre banal, m\u00eame les t\u00e2ches quotidiennes<br \/>\n<strong>Constat:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; combien y a t-il de notes inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 4?<br \/>\n&#8211; s&#8217;il y en a beaucoup, demandez-vous si vous notez trop s\u00e9v\u00e8rement?<br \/>\n&#8211; pour chaque activit\u00e9 correspondante, cherchez un aspect positif: est-il possible de remonter la note de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9aliste?<\/p>\n<h3>A quoi \u00e7a sert?<\/h3>\n<p>Tout simplement \u00e0 <strong>renforcer votre image et votre confiance<\/strong>. En effet, qui vous f\u00e9licitera de vos actions? Peut-\u00eatre personne, alors c&#8217;est plut\u00f4t agr\u00e9able de constater que chaque jour vous r\u00e9ussissez des choses: c&#8217;est bon pour le moral et donc \u00e7a contribue \u00e0 <strong>vous rendre plus zen<\/strong> en abaissant votre niveau de stress en fin de journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En prenant cette habitude, vous allez vous surprendre. Et si vous n&#8217;avez pas envie de le faire chaque jour, changez l&#8217;\u00e9chelle de temps: par exemple, vous pouvez faire le bilan \u00e0 la fin de la semaine.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion:<\/h2>\n<p>Pour conclure, \u00e0 l&#8217;heure d&#8217;aller vous coucher, vous pouvez \u00e9galement <strong>pratiquer la respiration abdominale<\/strong>, un bon moyen de s&#8217;endormir en douceur, jusqu&#8217;au lendemain.
