Un peu comme dans la vie.<br \/>\nAlors comment faire pour traverser ces temp\u00eates, parfois inattendues et brutales? <strong>Comment accueillir une critique ou une attaque qui vous touche profond\u00e9ment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Identifier les \u00e9motions<\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;est sans doute l&#8217;\u00e9tape la plus difficile \u00e0 franchir.<br \/>\nLorsqu&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e8nement se produit, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant en vous un inconfort, une \u00e9motion forte apparait:vous pouvez par exemple \u00e9prouver de la col\u00e8re, du d\u00e9pit, ou vous sentir bless\u00e9, contrari\u00e9. C&#8217;est tr\u00e8s important de trouver le mot juste qui d\u00e9crit votre \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel.<br \/>\nNe vous embarrassez pas tout de suite avec la question: pourquoi cel\u00e0 m&#8217;arrive? Car pour y r\u00e9pondre, il est n\u00e9cessaire de bien connaitre son propre fonctionnement. Il est fort probable qu&#8217;une de vos valeurs importantes soit atteinte.<br \/>\n<em><strong><strong>Je vous donne un exemple.<\/strong><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nImaginez qu&#8217;une de vos valeurs importantes dans la vie soit le <strong>respect.<\/strong><br \/>\nSe pr\u00e9sente alors dans votre quotidien, une situation dans laquelle une personne vous manque de respect: soit par son comportement, soit par ses paroles.<br \/>\nQue se passe t-il alors en vous? L&#8217;\u00e9motion monte \u00e0 vitesse grand V, elle est tellement forte qu&#8217;elle vous d\u00e9stabilise compl\u00e8tement. Tr\u00e8s souvent cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re un comportement inhabituel, et des paroles que vous pouvez regretter ensuite.<\/p>\n<p>Une attitude juste est de <strong>laisser vivre cette \u00e9motion<\/strong>, de l&#8217;accueillir, sans chercher \u00e0 se raisonner. Etre dans l&#8217;empathie, avec soi-m\u00eame ou avec la personne qui vit cette \u00e9motion est la meilleure attitude \u00e0 avoir. C&#8217;est donc inutile de dire \u00e0 quelqu&#8217;un de se calmer alors qu&#8217;il est en pleine crise de larmes! Le temps du raisonnement viendra apr\u00e8s. En effet,physiologiquement, le cerveau ne peut pas \u00eatre en m\u00eame temps dans l&#8217;\u00e9motionnel et dans le raisonnement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laisser passer l&#8217;orage: expression populaire qui prend tout son sens!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>2. mettre en place une action pour continuer sereinement<\/h2>\n<p>Pour sortir du conflit int\u00e9rieur, faites appel \u00e0 un <strong>\u00e9tat ressource<\/strong>. A ce stade, vous pouvez pratiquer un exercice de relaxation, comme une simple <a title=\"Passer un examen sans stress\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coachrelax.fr\/blog\/passer-le-bac-sans-stress\/\">respiration calmante\u00a0<\/a>. Le but est de modifier votre \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel n\u00e9gatif, afin de ne pas rester bloqu\u00e9 par la situation que vous venez de vivre.<br \/>\nVous pouvez \u00e9galement faire appel \u00e0 vos exp\u00e9riences ant\u00e9rieures, en vous demandant comment vous aviez fait.<br \/>\nL&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un <a title=\"Un ancrage de vos meilleurs souvenirs de vacances\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coachrelax.fr\/blog\/ancrage-pnl-1\/\">auto-ancrage\u00a0<\/a>est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s utile pour\u00a0se brancher sur une \u00e9motion plus agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n<h2>3. se concentrer sur ses objectifs<\/h2>\n<p>A ce stade, un petit recadrage s&#8217;impose. Avant la temp\u00eate, quels \u00e9taient vos objectifs? Comment allez-vous int\u00e9grer cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement pour poursuivre? Vous aviez certainement d\u00e9fini <strong>des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 atteindre<\/strong>, la destination ne change pas, seule la route pour y arriver peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e.<br \/>\nAssurez-vous que vos objectifs concernent des choses sur lesquelles vous pouvez agir directement.(au besoin, relisez <a title=\"Votre objectif est-il en accord avec vous-m\u00eame? (4\/4)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coachrelax.fr\/blog\/objectif-4-5-ecologie\/\">les 5 crit\u00e8res d\u00e9finir un objectif r\u00e9alisable<\/a> )<br \/>\nVous avez la main, alors ne gaspillez pas votre \u00e9nergie avec des parasites!<br \/>\nV\u00e9rifiez \u00e9galement que votre objectif est toujours en accord avec vos valeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mesure du possible, oser dire ce qui vous a d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9 en exprimant vos propres ressentis.
