Dans le cadre du th\u00e8me propos\u00e9 &#8220;pourquoi pas naturel?&#8221; j&#8217;aurai pu simplement vous proposer une s\u00e9ance de respiration en plein air. J&#8217;ai choisi d&#8217;aller plus loin en vous initiant aux ancrages.<\/p>\n<h2>Un ancrage, Kezako?<\/h2>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une association entre une stimulation d&#8217;un de nos sens et la r\u00e9ponse qu&#8217;elle provoque. Pour une stimulation donn\u00e9e, la r\u00e9ponse est toujours la m\u00eame, on parle d&#8217;<strong>ancre.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Par exemple<\/em>, lorsque je vois un feu rouge, la r\u00e9ponse est \u00e0 chaque fois: stop. Cette association a \u00e9t\u00e9 apprise et \u00e0 force de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, elle est devenue automatique.<br \/>\n<em>autres exemples<\/em>: j&#8217;\u00e9coute une m\u00e9lodie, un souvenir fort me revient. A un moment de ma vie, cela signifie que la m\u00e9lodie et le souvenir se sont m\u00e9moris\u00e9s en \u00e9tant associ\u00e9s. A chaque fois que j&#8217;\u00e9coute la m\u00e9lodie, je d\u00e9clenche le souvenir qui ressurgit de ma m\u00e9moire.<br \/>\nVous est-il arriv\u00e9 de vous rem\u00e9morer instantan\u00e9ment le bon plat de votre grand m\u00e8re rien qu&#8217;en sentant une odeur qui a parfum\u00e9e votre enfance?<br \/>\nDans ces 2 cas, l&#8217;ancrage s&#8217;est fait inconsciemment, naturellement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;ancrage<\/strong>, qui est un des concepts importants de la PNL, est un <strong>ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne tout \u00e0 fait naturel<\/strong> qui se produit chaque jour dans votre cerveau. Nous fabriquons aussi bien des ancres positives que n\u00e9gatives, et tr\u00e8s souvent, une \u00e9motion est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une image, un son, un ressenti. L&#8217;ancrage est issu de l&#8217;\u00e9tude des r\u00e9flexes conditionn\u00e9s comme celui de Pavlov, de la madeleine de Proust, et de la psychologie exp\u00e9rimentale.<br \/>\nLes publicitaires sont tr\u00e8s forts pour ancrer leurs messages commerciaux en associant souvent une \u00e9motion positive, qui d\u00e9clenchera l&#8217;achat du produit lorsque vous ferez vos courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En PNL, la particularit\u00e9 est d&#8217;utiliser consciemment les ancrages, dans la plupart des cas pour\u00a0cr\u00e9er un \u00e9tat interne positif<\/strong>. Le but est plut\u00f4t de se faire du bien!<\/p>\n<h2>les 5 \u00e9tapes pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer soi-m\u00eame un ancrage:<\/h2>\n<h3>1. d\u00e9terminer 1 \u00e9tat ressource dont vous avez souvent besoin<\/h3>\n<p>par exemple la confiance, le calme, la d\u00e9tente, le bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a02. cherchez dans votre m\u00e9moire une situation o\u00f9 cet \u00e9tat \u00e9tait fortement pr\u00e9sent en vous<\/h3>\n<p>Si nous prenons l&#8217;exemple de la recherche de confiance, rappelez-vous d&#8217;une exp\u00e9rience o\u00f9 vous \u00e9tiez en pleine confiance et o\u00f9 tout vous r\u00e9ussissait. Il en existe forc\u00e9ment une dans votre vie, peu importe le contexte et l&#8217;\u00e2ge que vous aviez.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a03. fermez les yeux quelques instants et replongez vous totalement dans cette exp\u00e9rience<\/h3>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure, tous les d\u00e9tails se pr\u00e9cisent, toutes les sensations reviennent, c&#8217;est important de les <strong>revivre avec le maximum de pr\u00e9cision et d&#8217;intensit\u00e9<\/strong>. C&#8217;est <strong>comme si vous y \u00e9tiez<\/strong>, les images sont claires et lumineuses, les sons sont tr\u00e8s distincts, les odeurs sont pr\u00e9sentes, votre corps se rem\u00e9morent les sensations, les \u00e9motions intenses s&#8217;expriment. Prenez vraiment le temps d&#8217;explorer compl\u00e8tement cette sc\u00e8ne et prenez conscience que vous \u00e9tiez en pleine confiance \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a04. poser l&#8217;ancre<\/h3>\n<p>Au moment o\u00f9 <strong>l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle est la plus forte<\/strong>, vous allez <strong>associer un geste simple et pr\u00e9cis<\/strong> (l&#8217;ancre) qui sera facilement reproductible au moment o\u00f9 vous aurez besoin de retrouver cet \u00e9tat de confiance.<br \/>\nSouvent, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un geste de la main, par exemple je ferme une main. Pour intensifier l&#8217;effet, il est possible d&#8217;ajouter \u00e9galement une phrase que l&#8217;on se dit: &#8220;je suis en pleine confiance&#8221;.<br \/>\nPuis, pour terminer l&#8217;exercice, vous sortez progressivement de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue pour revenir au moment pr\u00e9sent et rouvrir les yeux.<\/p>\n<h3>5. tester l&#8217;ancre pos\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Dans les jours qui suivent, reproduisez le geste pr\u00e9cis (l&#8217;ancre) et vous allez ressentir l&#8217;\u00e9tat de confiance s&#8217;installer, et la phrase associ\u00e9e va tourner dans votre t\u00eate. L&#8217;ancrage a r\u00e9ussi! Vous \u00eates donc pr\u00eat pour un entretien important ou pour passer un examen!<\/p>\n<h2>Utiliser les photos de vacances pour s&#8217;\u00e9vader.<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque vous regardez vos photos de vacances, les souvenirs reviennent automatiquement, et vous racontez \u00e0 vos proches toutes les anecdotes associ\u00e9es.<br \/>\nPour ancrer fortement certaines sc\u00e8nes, voici <strong>ce que vous pourrez exp\u00e9rimenter<\/strong>. Lors d&#8217;un moment pr\u00e9cis o\u00f9 vous vous sentez rel\u00e2ch\u00e9, d\u00e9tendu, ou dans un moment de partage que vous appr\u00e9ciez particuli\u00e8rement, prenez quelques minutes pour ancrer cette exp\u00e9rience, en y associant une \u00e9motion positive.<\/p>\n<p>Sur\u00a0la photo ci-dessous, je me trouvais au Cap de Creus (Costa Brava, Espagne) un jour de vent fort. La luminosit\u00e9 \u00e9tait telle que devant moi s&#8217;\u00e9tendait toute la c\u00f4te catalane. Je reste ainsi plusieurs minutes, et \u00e0 chaque inspiration, je concentre mon attention sur une partie du corps: les bras, le visage, la position des jambes, la recherche de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre, le bruit du vent. J&#8217;observe pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la c\u00f4te d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9e qui se profile \u00e0 l&#8217;horizon, le mouvement des vagues, je vis pleinement cette exp\u00e9rience et m\u00e9morise tous les d\u00e9tails de cette sc\u00e8ne, face \u00e0 l&#8217;horizon d\u00e9gag\u00e9.<br \/>\nL&#8217;ancrage a bien fonctionn\u00e9, car en regardant simplement cette photo, d&#8217;instinct j&#8217;ai envie de me remettre dans la position d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre contre le vent, les vibrations reviennent, je sens la puissance des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et le vent de libert\u00e9 qui souffle. De m\u00eame, la premi\u00e8re fois que j&#8217;ai ressenti le vent souffler sur mon visage apr\u00e8s avoir fait cet ancrage, imm\u00e9diatement, l&#8217;image m&#8217;a travers\u00e9 l&#8217;esprit, et le large s&#8217;ouvrait devant moi.<\/p>\n<p>Alors je vous conseille de <strong>fabriquer vos ancrages de ressources<\/strong> le plus souvent possible, et vous deviendrez plus facilement ma\u00eetre de vos \u00e9motions.<br \/>\nJe pr\u00e9pare une vid\u00e9o pour vous guider dans un exercice d&#8217;ancrage, elle\u00a0sera en ligne\u00a0prochainement sur le site.
