On estime que 25 millions de personnes sont touch\u00e9es par cette\u00a0maladie dans le monde.<br \/>\nUne des mani\u00e8res de pr\u00e9venir la maladie c&#8217;est d\u2019entra\u00eener son cerveau tous les jours, travailler sa m\u00e9moire. Car vous devez savoir que la m\u00e9moire est comme un muscle, plus on l\u2019entra\u00eene mieux\u00a0elle se porte, si on la laisse de c\u00f4t\u00e9 alors elle s\u2019atrophie.<br \/>\nC&#8217;est pourquoi je vais vous donner 6 conseils pour vous aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre m\u00e9moire, \u00e0 mieux\u00a0m\u00e9moriser.<\/p>\n<h2>1.La lecture et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition<\/h2>\n<p>La meilleure fa\u00e7on de travailler sa m\u00e9moire \u00e0 long terme est de lire et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter une information. Lire\u00a0est le d\u00e9part du processus de l&#8217;apprentissage. On enregistre mieux une information lorsqu&#8217;on la lit que lorsque l&#8217;entend.<br \/>\nPour bien m\u00e9moriser un texte, une phrase ou une information il suffit de la r\u00e9p\u00e9ter. Mais pas\u00a0n&#8217;importe comment, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition doit se faire sous certaines conditions.<br \/>\nLisez votre texte une ou deux fois de suite, puis patientez une dizaine de minutes sans y penser,\u00a0faites autre chose et reprenez votre lecture et ainsi de suite. Vous constaterez que ce que vous devez apprendre se fera automatiquement et plus rapidement,\u00a0gr\u00e2ce aux pauses et \u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a02.Les m\u00e9thodes mn\u00e9motechniques<\/h2>\n<p>Sans doute la plus efficace des m\u00e9thodes lorsque vous devez apprendre une liste. Souvent associ\u00e9es\u00a0\u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, les m\u00e9thodes mn\u00e9motechniques font appel \u00e0 des associations d&#8217;id\u00e9es.<br \/>\nUne liste de choses apparemment sans signification va \u00eatre mieux m\u00e9moris\u00e9e si chaque mot de la\u00a0liste est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un mot plus familier ou \u00e0 un chiffre.<br \/>\nAinsi il existe diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes mn\u00e9motechniques comme:<br \/>\n&#8211; le syst\u00e8me de rime num\u00e9rique adapt\u00e9e aux personnes ayant une m\u00e9moire plus auditive,<br \/>\n&#8211; le syst\u00e8me de nombre en forme pour les personnes avec une m\u00e9moire visuelle plus\u00a0d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e,<br \/>\n&#8211; Le langage assembleur.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a03. R\u00e9sumer avec des cartes mentales<\/h2>\n<p>Les cartes mentales ou MindMap sont des sch\u00e9mas qui reproduisent la progression et le\u00a0d\u00e9veloppement de la pens\u00e9e dans notre esprit.<br \/>\nAinsi gr\u00e2ce aux cartes mentales vous avez sur papier, les liens existants entre diff\u00e9rentes id\u00e9es,\u00a0formant alors un dessin plus facile \u00e0 m\u00e9moriser que diff\u00e9rentes listes de concepts.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a04. Concentration par l&#8217;auto-hypnose<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;auto-hypnose permet de travailler sur le subconscient profond, source de la m\u00e9moire. En faisant\u00a0appel \u00e0 l&#8217;auto-hypnose vous vous mettrez en condition pour mieux m\u00e9moriser.<br \/>\nEn travaillant directement sur votre subconscient vous int\u00e9grerez alors directement ce que vous devez m\u00e9moriser dans votre m\u00e9moire.<br \/>\nCette m\u00e9thode est largement utilis\u00e9e dans l&#8217;enseignement et l&#8217;univers professionnel.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a05. Apprendre progressivement et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/h2>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 pour mieux m\u00e9moriser c&#8217;est d&#8217;apprendre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement! Pas la peine de surcharger votre\u00a0m\u00e9moire, au bout d&#8217;un moment (relativement court) votre cerveau fera une indigestion et vous aurez alors l&#8217;impression que plus rien ne peut \u00eatre appris.<br \/>\nIl faut y aller petit \u00e0 petit et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Comme pour une \u00e9preuve sportive, on ne commence pas \u00e0 faire le marathon de New-York d\u00e8s les premiers jours d&#8217;entrainement.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Le sommeil<\/h2>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes ont r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&#8217;un meilleur sommeil favorisait de meilleures capacit\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0m\u00e9moriser.
