Alors, avec mon regard de coach, j&#8217;ai eu une id\u00e9e et l&#8217;envie de vous proposer un lien avec la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;objectif. Pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr d&#8217;emprunter le bon chemin, les questions pos\u00e9es dans la vid\u00e9o vont vous aider \u00e0 lever les obstacles, les croyances limitantes, \u00e0 lister les ressources n\u00e9cessaires, et trouver les croyances qui vont vous aider \u00e0 avancer.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous laisse planer encore quelques instants, et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes les questions qui vous semblent utiles pour <strong>assurer votre envol<\/strong>: indiquez-moi dans les commentaires quel est votre dernier obstacle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a02. Meta programme &#8220;Aller vers \/ S&#8217;\u00e9loigner de&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Les m\u00e9ta-programmes sont comme des <strong>logiciels<\/strong> int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 notre cerveau: ils permettent de d\u00e9coder la fa\u00e7on dont chaque personne re\u00e7oit, puis traite la multitude des informations qui l&#8217;entourent. Cette compr\u00e9hension aide \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer comment un individu oriente son attention, fait ses choix, organise ses relations, d\u00e9cide, se motive, dans un contexte donn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>meta programme important pour se motiver<\/strong> \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l&#8217;action est connu dans le jargon <strong>PNL<\/strong> sous le nom: <strong>&#8220;Aller vers \/ S&#8217;\u00e9loigner de &#8221; ou &#8221; Rapprochement \/ Eloignement&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Autrement dit, dans le langage courant, ce qui motive une personne est soit de <strong>&#8220;d\u00e9crocher le pompon&#8221;,<\/strong> soit <strong>&#8220;d&#8217;\u00e9viter le b\u00e2ton&#8221;<\/strong>. Chaque r\u00e9ponse comportementale est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un contexte bien d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 un instant donn\u00e9. En reprenant l&#8217;exemple du parapentiste, au moment de son envol, il y a de fortes chances qu&#8217;il soit plus motiv\u00e9 par l&#8217;attrait du vol (mod\u00e8le Aller vers) que de quitter la terre ferme (mod\u00e8le S&#8217;\u00e9loigner de).<\/p>\n<p>Les 2 mod\u00e8les s&#8217;expriment en chacun de nous, souvent inconsciemment, et pour la plupart des personnes, il existe une dominante.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque <strong>vous pr\u00e9parez un projet<\/strong>, posez-vous la question: Pourquoi est-il important de le r\u00e9ussir? Et rench\u00e9rissez avec: et qu&#8217;est-ce qui est encore plus important?<\/p>\n<p>Notez toutes les r\u00e9ponses, et vous comprendrez ce qui vous motive vraiment.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0Exemples<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">projet 1: cr\u00e9er son activit\u00e9<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>r\u00e9ponse rapprochement :<\/em> je cr\u00e9e mon activit\u00e9 pour \u00eatre autonome et avoir une vie plus confortable<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>r\u00e9ponse \u00e9loignement:\u00a0<\/em> j&#8217;ai cr\u00e9e mon activit\u00e9 pour ne plus subir les contraintes impos\u00e9es par la hi\u00e9rarchie<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">projet 2: faire un r\u00e9gime<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>r\u00e9ponse rapprochement:\u00a0<\/em>j &#8216;ai entam\u00e9 un r\u00e9gime pour me sentir mieux dans mon c:orps<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>r\u00e9ponse \u00e9loignement: <\/em>j&#8217;ai entam\u00e9 un r\u00e9gime pour avoir moins d&#8217;ennuis de sant\u00e9<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Projet 3: faire un achat<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>r\u00e9ponse rapprochement<\/em> : je choisis cet appareil parce qu&#8217;il est nouveau, j&#8217;ai envie de le d\u00e9couvrir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>r\u00e9ponse \u00e9loignement:<\/em>\u00a0j&#8217;ai eu trop de pannes avec les appareils de cette marque, je sais que je le nouveau ne sera pas de cette marque<\/p>\n<h3>Pour aller plus loin<\/h3>\n<p>Ah, je ne l&#8217;ai pas encore dit, les <strong>valeurs<\/strong> se cachent \u00e9galement derri\u00e8re ce meta programme.<\/p>\n<p>Je me rapproche d&#8217;un objectif pour satisfaire \u00e0 une valeur importante pour moi et je m&#8217;\u00e9loigne d&#8217;une valeur que je n&#8217;aime pas.<\/p>\n<h3>Trouver une double motivation<\/h3>\n<p>C&#8217;est le cas id\u00e9al et c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s puissant pour s&#8217;engager.<\/p>\n<p>Pour vous aider, listez d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tous les &#8220;pompons&#8221; \u00a0( A, B, C) que vous avez envie de d\u00e9crocher, et de l&#8217;autre tous les &#8220;b\u00e2tons&#8221; \u00a0(D, E, F) que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e8reriez \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n<p>Puis <strong>construisez une phrase \u00a0motivante<\/strong> du type:<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce projet, \u00a0j&#8217;ai tr\u00e8s envie d&#8217;obtenir, d&#8217;atteindre, d&#8217;avoir A, B ou C, et je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e9viter, me d\u00e9barrasser, enlever D, E, F<\/p>\n<p>Vous la lisez \u00e0 haute voix, et l\u00e0, je suis certaine que vous <strong>enclencherez une action dans la minute<\/strong> qui suit!<\/p>\n<h5>Un autre exemple:<\/h5>\n<p>Tout le monde y a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 un jour, pour soi ou ses enfants:\u00a0la <strong>motivation dans les \u00e9tudes<\/strong>, quelque soit le niveau. Il y a souvent des hauts et des bas chez les jeunes, alors, demandez vous dans quelle mesure ce n&#8217;est pas ce meta programme qui est en jeu?<\/p>\n<p>Lancez-vous, indiquez dans les commentaires votre phrase motivante, et ne posez surtout pas de questions!
