Comment organiser le planning de r\u00e9vision ?<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est souvent le premier examen important rencontr\u00e9 sur le chemin des \u00e9coliers, alors faute de m\u00e9thode donn\u00e9e par les profs, voila quelques conseils\u00a0forts utiles pour construire votre planning de r\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n<h2>1.dur\u00e9e des s\u00e9quences de travail<\/h2>\n<p>Au niveau du bac, les s\u00e9quences de travail efficace sont d&#8217;une dur\u00e9e de 1h30\u00a0maxi.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement, des s\u00e9quences de 45 min sont tr\u00e8s efficaces, mais une chose est s\u00fbre, consacrer une matin\u00e9e enti\u00e8re \u00e0 une seule mati\u00e8re sans s&#8217;arr\u00eater est inefficace.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, des \u00e9tudes montrent que la concentration peut rester \u00e0 un bon niveau d&#8217;intensit\u00e9 pendant 45 min maxi. Le meilleur moyen d&#8217;assurer une bonne m\u00e9morisation est donc de fractionner les p\u00e9riodes de travail<\/p>\n<h2>2.Les pauses<\/h2>\n<p>2 types de pause<\/p>\n<h3>pauses courtes:<\/h3>\n<p>d&#8217;une dur\u00e9e de 5 min, elle servent juste \u00e0 oxyg\u00e9ner le cerveau, le laisser respirer, prendre l&#8217;air, sans sortir compl\u00e8tement du sujet en cours d&#8217;\u00e9tude. Elles permettent de faire quelques pas, tr\u00e8s important pour garder une bonne circulation sanguine, boire un verre d&#8217;eau, aller aux toilettes, ect. Eviter d&#8217;allumer le portable, le parasite le plus redoutable \u00a0pendant les r\u00e9visions<\/p>\n<h3>Pauses longues<\/h3>\n<p>Les pauses longues durent minimum 15 min voir 1 heure. Ce sont les vrais coupures, d\u00e9jeuner, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, sorties. Elles permettent vraiment de rel\u00e2cher l&#8217;attention et de se d\u00e9tendre.<\/p>\n<p>Elles sont \u00e0 inclure dans le planning de r\u00e9vision, car ces moments de pause sont favorables \u00e0 l&#8217;assimilation des connaissances. Sans elles, la saturation vous guette, surtout les derniers jours<\/p>\n<p>Et si vous avez plusieurs semaines devant vous, accordez-vous 1 jour complet de rel\u00e2che par semaine<\/p>\n<h2>3.la r\u00e9partition dans la journ\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Tenez compte de votre biorythme, si vous \u00eates plut\u00f4t du matin ou du soir, respectez vos habitudes de travail<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les mati\u00e8res n\u00e9cessitant plus d&#8217;analyse, de compr\u00e9hension et de concentration seront mieux assimil\u00e9es\u00a0le matin ou apr\u00e8s 16h. Pendant les\u00a0p\u00e9riodes de digestion, planifiez des mati\u00e8res qui vous demandent moins d&#8217;effort.<\/p>\n<p>Le soir, \u00e9viter de veiller trop tardivement. Les heures de sommeil sont tr\u00e8s importantes pour ne pas arriver sur les rotules le jour de l&#8217;examen.<\/p>\n<h2>4.Alterner les mati\u00e8res<\/h2>\n<p>Pour ne pas\u00a0tomber dans la monotonie et garder la motivation, pensez \u00e0 alterner 3 mati\u00e8res minimum par jour dans votre planning de r\u00e9vision. Commencez par ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d&#8217;ann\u00e9e, car il faut r\u00e9activer la m\u00e9moire. Si vous avez construit vos fiches r\u00e9sum\u00e9s, vous pourrez planifier de les relire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;appelle \u00e7a le &#8220;multicouche&#8221;, la meilleure m\u00e9thode pour ancrer les connaissances dans la m\u00e9moire!<\/p>\n<h2>5.les p\u00e9riodes de rattrapage<\/h2>\n<p>Pour ne pas ajouter du stress, je vous conseille de pr\u00e9voir des p\u00e9riodes non attribu\u00e9es, par exemple 1\/2 heure chaque jour. Ce temps va vous permettre d&#8217;affiner votre planning de r\u00e9vision, selon les besoins. Par exemple, vous avez besoin de plus de temps pour relire un chapitre, ou faire un exercice de plus: cette p\u00e9riode incluse dans votre planning vous permet d&#8217;\u00eatre plus serein, elle sert de &#8220;zone tampon&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Un dernier conseil:<\/h2>\n<p>Eviter le planning de r\u00e9vision tout pr\u00eat: il y a peu de chance qu&#8217;il corresponde pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 vos besoins et \u00e0 vos m\u00e9thodes de travail.
