Si n\u00e9cessaire, pensez \u00e0 la respiration abdominale pour maintenir l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel<\/p>\n<h2>8- Ne Pas juger ou critiquer<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;ecoute active est un moment de prise d&#8217;informations: \u00e9mettre une critique pourrait engendrer des modifications de comportement et une rupture de la confiance install\u00e9e entre vous<\/p>\n<h2>9- Poser Les questions<\/h2>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9velopper l&#8217;\u00e9change, et montrer que vous suivez ce qui se dit, choisissez des questions ouvertes pour favoriser la libre expression, ou des questions ferm\u00e9s si vous souhaitez pr\u00e9ciser un point<\/p>\n<h2>10- Maintenir le niveau de l&#8217;attention<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsqu&#8217;il y a beaucoup d&#8217;informations, le niveau d&#8217;attention peut faiblir.
