Ne vous laissez pas happer par le tourbillon m\u00e9diatique et la mode du moment!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1>La M\u00e9thode Vittoz<\/h1>\n<p>Voici un petit rappel historique qui va vous \u00e9clairer sur l&#8217;origine de cette m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Roger Vittoz, m\u00e9decin suisse, pratiquait l\u2019hypnose et\u00a0\u00e9tait peu satisfait des r\u00e9sultats: en effet, l\u2019hypnose laisse le patient sous l\u2019influence de son m\u00e9decin, et le rend d\u00e9pendant.<\/p>\n<p>Historiquement, \u00a0c&#8217;est lui qui d\u00e9couvre en 1906 la \u201cvibration c\u00e9r\u00e9brale\u201d. En posant sa main sur le front d&#8217;un de ses patients, il per\u00e7oit une vibration, qui varie en fonction de l&#8217;\u00e9tat du cerveau. C&#8217;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette d\u00e9couverte que le th\u00e9rapeute peut suivre le patient dans le d\u00e9roulement de l&#8217;exercice qu&#8217;il lui induit.<\/p>\n<p>En 1910, il propose une m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation du contr\u00f4le c\u00e9r\u00e9bral, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer le cerveau conscient et le cerveau inconscient. Les exercices de r\u00e9ceptivit\u00e9 d\u00e9veloppent la conscience de l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 travers les 5 sens. Accueillir le monde qui nous entoure par la vue, le toucher, le gout, les sons, sans intervention du mental et de la pens\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode engendre la <strong>prise de conscience de chaque acte de la vie quotidienne<\/strong>, et permet de dire STOP au cerveau en \u00e9bullition pollu\u00e9 par les pens\u00e9es parasites.<\/p>\n<p>Le cerveau se met alors au repos, comme en phase de contemplation active. La concentration renforce donc la confiance en soi, d\u00e9veloppe la m\u00e9moire, et enrichit l&#8217;imaginaire.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Les applications:<\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode Vittoz est particuli\u00e8rement indiqu\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact du stress, le surmenage, les probl\u00e8mes de concentration, les difficult\u00e9s de m\u00e9morisation.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<h1>Mindfulness, \u00a0M\u00e9ditation de Pleine conscience<\/h1>\n<p>Selon Wikip\u00e9dia, La pleine conscience ou <span class=\"_5yi_\">mindfulness<\/span> est un \u00e9tat psychologique qui centre l&#8217;individu sur le moment pr\u00e9sent. La m\u00e9ditation, par contre, est une technique pour atteindre cet \u00e9tat de pleine conscience le plus souvent possible.<\/p>\n<p>La relaxation n\u2019est pas recherch\u00e9e dans la m\u00e9ditation, qui consiste simplement \u00e0 accueillir une douleur, une tension, une pens\u00e9e, et \u00e0 \u201claisser \u00eatre\u201d. Un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9tente s\u2019installe lorsque le mental s\u2019apaise.<\/p>\n<p>Jon Kabat-Zinn, m\u00e9decin am\u00e9ricain, a focalis\u00e9 ses recherches sur les interactions esprit\/corps pour la gu\u00e9rison. Il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 enseigner la r\u00e9duction du stress bas\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR) \u00e0 la clinique de r\u00e9duction du stress en 1979. Cette m\u00e9thode combine le hatha yoga et la m\u00e9ditation.
