Donc au quotidien, je ne peux pas te r\u00e9pondre car je ne suis pas stress\u00e9e!<\/p>\n<p>Le meilleur moyen de ne pas \u00eatre stress\u00e9 est pour moi d\u2019avoir une totale libert\u00e9 dans ce que je fais: ZERO contrainte = ZERO stress.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Comment fais-tu pour avoir plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie au quotidien ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&#8220;Je pratique l\u2019 <a title=\"Relancez votre \u00e9nergie en moins d\u2019une minute.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coachrelax.fr\/blog\/auto-massage-rapide\/\">auto-massage rapide<\/a>, ce qui relance mon \u00e9nergie en moins d\u2019une minute lorsque je sens un coup de pompe!
