ainsi donner naissance \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;actions saines.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00b02: Etirez-vous chaque jour pendant 2 fois 30 secondes &amp; gardez un corps souple &amp; dynamique.<\/h2>\n<p>J&#8217;ai pu remarquer que, sur le long terme, ce ne sont pas les corps les plus muscl\u00e9s qui vieillissent bien, mais les corps les plus souples.<\/p>\n<p>Rien de pire que de se blesser lorsque vous reprenez un sport ou que vous r\u00e9alisez des travaux chez vous.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous voulez vous \u00e9viter toutes ces s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9 &amp; ces entretiens chez le m\u00e9decin qui n&#8217;en finissent pas, je vous conseille de prendre l&#8217;habitude de faire au moins 2 \u00e9tirements par jour \u00e0 tenir pendant 30 secondes.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de pr\u00e9venir le risque de blessure, si vous le faites le matin ou le soir, vous allez faire le plein d&#8217;\u00e9nergie en tr\u00e8s peu de temps.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00b03: Rangez 1 minute par jour pour garder un bureau ou une pi\u00e8ce toujours accueillante.<\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;est une des raisons pour lesquels je me suis mis au minimalisme, dans une pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9 il y a peu de meubles &amp; o\u00f9 chaque outil de travail est rang\u00e9 \u00e0 sa place, je me sens accueilli &amp; libre d&#8217;exprimer mes id\u00e9es &amp; de donner vie \u00e0 mes projets.<\/p>\n<p>Votre esprit a besoin d&#8217;espace pour s&#8217;\u00e9panouir, c&#8217;est pour cela que nous aimons les vacances, les voyages, les promenades, etc. Votre esprit a besoin d&#8217;espace &amp; il a besoin d&#8217;air de se sentir libre de prolonger son regard au loin sans rencontrer d&#8217;obstacle sur son chemin.<\/p>\n<p>Voici pourquoi c&#8217;est important pour vous, votre bien-\u00eatre &amp; celui de votre entourage de consacrer au moins 1 minute par jour \u00e0 mettre au propre votre espace de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu cela ne s&#8217;applique pas aux personnes qui ont besoin du d\u00e9sordre et de fouillis pour trouver leurs meilleures id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Si le vide vous fait peur, je vous assure qu&#8217;essayer, c&#8217;est l&#8217;adopter.<\/p>\n<h2>Et pour finir, gardez en t\u00eate la strat\u00e9gie !<\/h2>\n<p>Ces 3 minutes sont pr\u00e9cieuses, elles sont la preuve concr\u00e8te qu&#8217;en peu de temps, vous pouvez faire beaucoup de choses pour vous-m\u00eame &amp; pour votre bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Le but de cette liste de 3 r\u00e9flexes, c&#8217;est aussi de vous inspirer lorsque votre d\u00e9termination est au niveau le plus bas.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est pourquoi, je vous invite \u00e0 personnaliser cette liste, je vous invite \u00e0 cr\u00e9er pour vous-m\u00eame et pour vos futurs instants de fatigue, une liste de 3 r\u00e9flexes simples &amp;
